Red Hot Lovers to re-run for the Special Olympics

Neil Simon"s comic play "Last of the Red Hot Lovers", performed in the Mullingar Arts Centre by the local based Rail Theatre Company, is to run again on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 3 and 4, to raise funds for the Special Olympics."Last of the Red Hot Lovers" tells the story of Barney (Aidan Ennis), a 40-year-old going through a mid-life crisis, following his hilarious attempts to woo three ladies, played by Orla Duffy, Fionnuala Kenny and Mary Hughes, outside his seemingly happy, but uneventful marriage.Rail Theatre, which recently produced "One Flew Over the Cuckoo"s Nest" and "Jake"s Women" to great acclaim, set the play in present day Ireland.Tickets are available from the Mullingar Arts Centre box office on 044 9347777 or from reception.
