No reunion, Bressie tells RTÉ
No reunion, Bressie tells RTÉ

Bressie has told RTÉ that The Blizzards are unlikely to reform, though he and they, as Sircles, are both playing at the Festival of Fires in May.

He said on RTÉ Ten: "I'm doing my gig and they're doing their gig. We did talk about it at Oxegen last year but I wasn't even established as a solo artist then. Anyway this festival is bigger than the acts. It really is a spectcualar event."

The Festival of Fires is on the Hill of Uisneach Saturday May 5.

Bressie will also play Strawberry festival 2012 in Enniscorthy on June 1, 2 and 3.

And don't forget, he's at home in Mullingar for the gig at The Greville Arms Hotel on July 14...
