Free parking in Mullingar

Free parking in Mullingar this Christmas on December 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 23 and 24.

In order to support business in Mullingar over the Christmas period Westmeath County Council has announced that there will be free parking in the county council car parks in the town on Saturday December 7; Friday 13; Saturday 14; Friday 20; Saturday 21; Monday 23 and Tuesday 24.

It should be noted that this applies only to the public car parks and paid parking will operate as usual on the main streets of the town, where parking is limited to a maximum of two hours in order to ensure a turnover of vehicles.

In addition, Lynnbury car park (at the rear of County Buildings) is open for free parking every weekend.
