Five County Cycle Challenge for LARCC

Frank Dillon and a number of his cycling friends will embark on a 300km cycle across Westmeath, Offaly, Laois, Carlow and Kilkenny in aid of LARCC Cancer Support Centre in Multyfarnham on the weekend of August 9 and 10.

LARCC has been a great support to Mary, Frank’s wife over the past few months and this cycling event has been planned as an acknowledgement of that support.

LARCC are asking that people try to support this event in whatever way they can – by supporting it, you will be making a big difference to further developing the Breast Cancer Care Service and the Children’s Support Service, just two of the many support services that are provided at the centre in Multyfarnham by the team of nurses, therapists and counsellors.

You can contribute at the idonate website.

As well as offering a range of call-in support services to people diagnosed with cancer and their families, right across the midlands, LARCC is the only residential cancer care provider in Ireland.

If you would like to find out more about the free cancer support services at LARCC, please call 044 9371971 or visit larcc.ie.
