It will one of the first events to take place on the new greenway between Mullingar and Athlone, and all funds raised will go towards providing free cancer support services in the community.

Participants can also join along the route and registration will be accepted at Castletown Geoghegan at approx 9.45am, Rosemount at 10.15am and Moate at 10.30am.

Refreshments will be provided for participants in Moate and on return to Mullingar, at Columb Barracks.

Participants are invited to fill in sponsorship cards, available from Frank Dillon, the event organiser, or from the LARCC Centre.
