Scóring Gold!

Well done to all Westmeath's representatives in Belfast today for the Scór na nÓg finals.

Full details in this week's paper, but we hear it was gold for Emily Shaw of The Downs, gold for Moate Ballad Group and silver for Ballycomoyle quiz team.

Performances by other entrants from Westmeath were also excellent, and everyone acquitted themselves with distinction.
