Mystery pair to play Danny's

Comments (0) | Print | Email

The nights are cold - but it's a great excuse for snuggling up in front of the warm fire in a cosy bar and listening to some live music. And if that's your gig, well, head to Danny Byrne's on Thursday night of this week, January 14, where a talented local duo will be playing live from 9.30 on.

The two are promising a selection of pub favourites - The Eagles, Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Counting Crows and Paulo Nutini, and while they won't give their names at this stage, the two are well known local performers.

If you miss the pair at Danny's on Thursday, head along to Mullingar's newest venue: "CUB" - Canton's Upstairs Bar, which is, as the name says, above Canton's, where the former Fat Cats restaurant was located. They are to play there on Saturday night, again from 9.30. But remember: discretion counts. No names. Just good music!
