Santa and the Snow Queen at Mullingar Arts Centre
Santa and the Snow Queen at Mullingar Arts Centre

A charming seasonal production from the City Theatre Dublin and designed especially for schools will be presented at the Mullingar Arts Centre on Monday December 10.

The Snow Queen has arrived at the North Pole, spreading her carpet of snow and ice everywhere. Everyone she kisses forgets about Christmas and she has just tricked Santa into kissing her!

Santa needs the children in the audience to help him remember who he is, and why children all around the world are waiting for him on Christmas Eve.

The children of the midlands are invited to help Santa and the elves in this delightful Christmas musical adventure by Eurovision Song Contest winner Shay Healy and director Michael Scott. The show involves plenty of audience interaction and participation.

The music from the show is available as a free download, so children can learn the songs if they wish to, prior to attending the performance.

Santa and The Snow Queen will be presented at the Mullingar Arts Centre on Monday 10 December, at 10am. Tickets (€10) from the box office on 044 9347777.
