The category prize winners were - Cat 1: Michael Power (4) - 38pts, Cat 2: Patrick Lynam (9) - 41pts, Cat 3: Fergal McCormack (15) - 38pts, Cat 4: Pat Malone (20) - 37pts, Veterans: Ron Beattie (17) - 38pts. Next weekend, 10th/11th April, the Artificers Prize is up for grabs and the weather is finally beginning to resemble late spring/early summer. Those who played in the morning had to contend with the worst of weather while the late starters played in tee-shirts! The Ladies winner was Veronica Coughlan with 41pts and runnner-up Eileen White with 39pts. The Gents was won with a whopping 45pts by Niall Rutledge off 15 handicap. 2nd was David Coughlan (4) with 44pts while the Gross was won by Paul Fogarty (5) with 34pts. Mattie Flanagan (22) from Castlrea GC took 3rd place with 43pts.
