Racing: Sullivan is back with a bang

Sidelined over the Christmas period, Streete born jockey, JP Sullivan bounced back with a bang this week, registering a 25/1 winner for trainer, JG Given in Southwell today. With a splendid ride, he stormed home on 'Sweet Angelica' in the second race of the day.

And then it was off to Wolverhampton where he is piloting the well fancied Michael Easterby entry, ‘Fame Again’ in the 5.10pm.

Sullivan only came back to action on Tuesday last and was immediately in the frame, guiding another of Easterby’s charges ‘Strong Man’ to second place in Southwell.
