Six Westmeath camogie players have been called up to represent Leinster in this Sunday's interprovincial tournament in Portlaoise.

The sizeable Westmeath contingent include stalwarts Pamela Greville and Dinah Loughlin, as well as Denise McGrath, Edel McCormack, Roisin Scally and Sarah King.

The Leinster panel, which is managed by Mark Brennan from Carlow, face Ulster in the semi-final.

Meanwhile, Westmeath senior hurler Shane Power has been named the GAA.ie's Hurler of the Week in recognition of his side's blistering start to the Leinster Championship round robin section.
