Nathan Connolly of Snow Patrol fame is live in Danny Byrnes on Wednesday

Little Matador, fronted by Snow Patrol’s Nathan Connolly, are live in Danny Byrnes tomorrow night - Wednesday February 5!

You may have seen him on many an arena stage, but this is your chance to get up close and personal with Nathan Connolly as he fronts his rock n’ roll line-up Little Matador, ahead of their appearance at Derry’s Other Voices festival!

Joining him are Gavin Fox (JJ72), Paul ‘Binzer’ Brennan (The Frames, Mundy), Dave Magee (La Faro) and Troy Stewart (Snow Patrol, The Windsor Player) - no less!

"It’s all very new and exciting” said Nathan of the relatively new musical project Little Matador, which formed last year.

They are set to release their first record in late Spring.

He admits that while the “singing part” is scary, breaking from his usual stance as lead guitarist in Snow Patrol, Little Matador provides him a chance to get back into “sweaty rock clubs again”.

Supporting them tomorrow night will be Mullingar based band Cronin.

And it’s free in, so get yourselves down to Danny’s tomorrow night, from 9pm!
