An evening of gospel music in Ballynacargy
The sixth annual Gospel Charity Concert is set to take place in the atmospheric Ballynacargy Church on Monday, February 22. Always in huge demand, the annual Gospel Concert is one of those nights not to be missed, not only for the abundance of talent singing on the night, but also because of the intimate venue where it takes place. Singing under candlelight will be all the favourites including Louis Walsh managed Michael English, Mick Foster, Moyra Fraser, TR Dallas, Maeve Dolan - Coroon, Sharon Turley, Mark Irwin, Katie McCarthy, Esther Byrne, Des Willoughby, Emmet Cahill, Fr. Morino, John Smyth, Joe Maher, Vinny Baker and Noel Battle. Ballynacargy Church is transformed for the night, and there is always a full house. Entry costs €15 and as there is no pre-sale of tickets, it is advised to turn up in plenty of time so as to make sure of a good seat. A moment of prayer by Fr. Nally will take place before the concert gets underway at 8 o'clock sharp.
