Reward offered for return of dog missing in Westmeath

The owner of a much-loved dog who went missing in Westmeath earlier this month is offering a €500 reward for his safe return.

Mariana Caran said she was hoping for "a Christmas miracle" after her pet, Apolo, went missing in the Milltownpass area of the county on December 14.

Almost two weeks later, Apolo is still missing and Mariana said he could be anywhere.

"He is like a son to me, a part of my family. We are offering €500 reward for his safe return," she said.
