The official launch of the St Loman’s OsKaRs, which is on Saturday March 9 at Mullingar Park Hotel, took place in at the new Eason shop on Pearse Street.

Senator Aidan Davitt, chairman of St Loman’s GAA, said the club were delighted to have Eason on board as the main sponsor again. “Pacelli Lynch and Therese and all the team here have been very good to us and we appreciate all their support,” he said.

“We certainly hope the night is going to be a big success and we particularly wish Eason all the best in the new store here in Mullingar – it’s a great investment in the town and we hope St Loman’s and Eason have a long and continued success in the future.”

The seven films lined up for March 9 are: Man About Dog; Only Fools And Horses; Michael Collins; The Van; Love Hate; Mamma Mia; and Peaky Blinders; and Sinéad Hussey of RTÉ news is to be the guest judge.
