Pleased with help from local councillor

Dear Editor,I purchased a house in Ardilaun Green Mullingar in July 2006 and moved in to it in September of the same year. The area is a nice area with loads of children aged between 6 months and 15 years of age.One of the immediate problems that I had once I moved in was the issue of speeding cars in the development. I subsequently approached a number of local councillors but had given up on the prospect of getting any help until I met with Ken Glynn. He went to work immediately on the issue and through his persistence we now have ramps and the road has been lined. I would like to thank Ken for all the work and making life safer for my family which includes two young children, one three years old and one six year old. It is nice in this day and age of banking problems and economic downturns to find someone that still cares for the needs of the local people and I would like to express my and my family"s appreciation for making life safer and less stressed for us.Regards,Michael FlanaganArdilaun GreenMullingar
