Shaun Loughrey launches new CD

Shaun Loughrey, son of the late, Johnny Loughrey, has quickly established himself as one of the leading performers on the Irish country dance and music scene, and will appear at the Greville Arms Hotel on January 25.Leading his own band for over three years now, Shaun"s own distinct and unique voice has gained him a huge following throughout Ireland, the UK and further afield.During this time he has picked up several prestigious awards including 'Best Newcomer', 'Best Male Vocalist' and 'Single of The Year 2007'. He has made numerous TV appearances to date and appeared alongside some of country music"s greatest artists, including Charley Pride, Big Tom, Daniel O"Donnell, Moe Bandy and Gene Watson.Shaun"s eagerly awaited third album is due for release in the Spring of this year.
