There was no winner of the lotto held on June 15th last. The numbers drawn were 8, 11, 12 and 19. There were two "match three" winners - E. Dowdall and Amanda & Brenda, who received €100 each. Promoter"s prize went to Declan Mullen.Feile na nGaelThe under-14 hurling team travelled to Tullamore on Friday last, June 19th, to participate in the Feile na nGael finals, held in Laois/Offaly. They played three games, winning one and sadly lost out in the other two games.The team put in a great performance and gave it their all on the day. Well done to the team and mentors, and to the parents and supporters who travelled the journey to Tullamore. Raharney National School pupils designed a new banner for the Feile. Well done to all concerned.Birthday greetingsBirthday greetings go this week to Gerry O"Connor, Séamus and David Mullen. Individual blessings with a blessed glove of St. Pio of Pietrelcina can be availed of after Mass.All are welcome - both parishioners from Delvin, and people from surrounding parishes.Killucan/Raharney Golden Years ClubOur usual club day took place on Wednesday, June 17th. All were welcome. Get well wishes were sent to Josie Stokes and all those who are ill.Sympathy is sent to Francis and Michael Tully on the death of their son-in-law. May the deceased rest in peace.Our trip to Aras an Uachtaráin is on Tuesday, June 30th, for the lucky eight who were picked. Names were taken for our outing to Avoca on July 7th. Details next time.We are having a fancy hat competition on July 15th, so get the hats out, the crazier the better. Tish did some exercises with us which were suitable for all and encouraged us to continue them at home.Congratulations to Pat Kinahan who won the Talent Competition in Trabolgan.The cup is back in Killucan once again.Well done.Our next meeting is on July 1st.
