Call into Kinnegad Credit Union today and find out more.Coralstown CemeteryCemetery Sunday in Coralstown is next Sunday the 16th August at 2.30 pm with prayers for the dead followed by the blessing of the graves. The Coralstown Cemetery Committee recommends a donation of €10 for the upkeep of the cemetery at the gate collection on Cemetery Sunday. The current cemetery is reaching the end of its lifespan. A working group has been set up to look at alternatives. Thanks to all who have taken part in the St Agnes cemetery clean ups over the summer.New Kinnegad Soccer Training TimesKinnegad Juniors AFC held their AGM recently in Scanlon's back lounge. All are welcome.Harwood CemeteryConservation GroupThe first stage of the care of the cemetery has begun with grass cutting on Saturday morning. Work will continue during the week again and next Saturday morning form 10 am until 1 pm. Everyone is welcome to come along and help out.Cairdeas Summer Cookery CampCairdeas are running a Cookery Camp takes place from 17th to 20th August for the younger age groups.   Further details from the centre on 044 9379346.  Please book early to avoid disappointment.Clonmacnoise Youth FestivalClonmacnoise Youth Festival takes place from the 13th to 16th August and the 2009 event contains workshops concerts, talks, prayer, music and a great chance to meet new people. It is designed for young people 16 to 35 years of age and there is no cost for the event but donations are welcome. Please pray for William Kellaghan of Hardwood who died this week. May he rest in peace. From this week the 9 am Sunday morning Mass in Clonard will take place in Kinnegad. Thank you to all who have returned their completed CHY2 forms to the parish office: it is of enormous benefit to the parish building and development fund. The parish office is on the grounds of the church and is open every Thursday and Friday morning from 10.30 am until 1 pm. Baptismal and confirmation certificates and signed Mass cards are available. The tractor is on view at Thomas Flynn and sons of the Downs. The draw will take place as part of the Clonard Tractor run on the 26th September.
