‘Christmas Festival' to go ahead this Sunday
Due to the arctic conditions endured by those living in Mullingar and it's surrounds over the past week, the Mullingar Choral Society has had to postpone their annual concert in St. Paul's Church to this Sunday, December 12.Staged in conjunction with Mullingar Town Band, the concert will commence at 7pm, and will feature many Christmas classics including Away in a Manger, Twelve Days of Christmas, Silent Night, Christmas Crackers, It came upon the Midnight Clear and Shepherds Pipe Carol to name but a few.The âChristmas Festival' in St. Paul's, located in the Delvin Road out of Mullingar, has grown in popularity over the years and has something for all the family to enjoy, for both the young and more mature music lover.This is an evening to raise anyone's spirits, make sure not to miss it!
