Mullingar Athletic ladies in title joy
A 3-0 victory over Riverside FC has confirmed Mullingar Athletic's ladies as champions in the 2011/12 Combined Counties Football League Women's Division.Some 20 points clear of second placed Banagher Utd, the Mullingar girls, who have accumulated 37 points out of a possible 39 this season, can't be caught, and captain Leona Archibald collected the division trophy on Sunday last.For more, see next Wednesday's edition of the Westmeath Examiner.
