Handover of chain of office of Mullingar Town Council from Cllr Peter Burke, cathaoirleach 2011-2012, to Cllr Gerry Sheridan, cathaoirleach, 2012-2013, with Caroline Byrne, Mullingar town clerk.Cllr Sheridan was elected cathaoirleach of the Town Council at the AGM on June 26. Leas-cathaoirleach for the year 2012-2013 is Cllr Ruth Illingworth.
