Up all night for Tweetaton

Michael Moran of Digital Eire and his gang of tweeters from St Joseph's Secondary School Rochfortbridge have been up all night for their 24-hour Tweetaton.

Raising money for St Joseph's and Irish Autism Action, teams of students, paretns and teachers debated on various issues such as the pros and cons of a female pope and civilians carrying weapons, via Twitter.

Their HQ centred in the Mullingar Charity Variety Group facility in New Forest Park Mullingar.

Meanwhile, the public got to make donations or bid for collector items like a mini Harley Davidson. To date Tweetaton has raised over €12,000.
