Council limits protester numbers at monthly meeting
A number of anti-property tax protesters were present at Westmeath County Council's offices today, Monday, as councillors assembled for their March monthly meeting.
While the protesters attempted to enter the council chamber to hear the proceedings, council officials restricted the number who could enter, on the grounds that space in the public area of the council chamber is limited.
