Spring is always the perfect time to update your makeup bag, with new makeup collections popping up, giving inspiration to throw out the expired products in your own collection.
Whelehans pharmacy has many new beautiful makeups and here are my top three picks for this season.
Lip products
This season Catrice have brought out more of their ultimate stay lipsticks which hold a highly intense colour and a satin-matt finish. I am so impressed with the pigmentation in them and the huge variety of colours available. For only €4.50 they are a dream. Normally an affordable lipstick does not have lasting power but they stay for 2- 3 hours without retouching or drying out. They are a lovely everyday lipstick and one I highly recommend this spring.
Mascara:Mascara needs to be replaced every 3 months so now is the best time to ditch the mascara you got at Christmas and update it with the new Elizabeth Arden® Grand Entrance Mascara. It is a “triple-action performance” mascara as it adds volume, length and curl with its innovative new precision brush. No clumps, flakes or smudges in sight.
Eyeshadows: One of the most exciting palettes that has come into our pharmacy this spring is the Sleek iDivine® palettes. We have six different palettes each containing 12 shadows and the palette only costs €11. You cannot beat the price and quality of these palettes. I have 4 of them and they are some of my most used eyeshadows. They are creamy, highly pigmented and blend so well on the eyes. A must have for your make up bag!
