Highs of 17 - 20 degrees forecast this week!

The outlook weather-wise this week is generally a good one with highest temperatures reaching 17-20 degrees in parts!

However, as the weather will be rather humid at times, this brings the prospect of thunderstorms and heavy downpours at times.

Tonight is to be dry and mostly clear but turning colder with lowest temperatures 4 to 6 degrees, with some mist and shallow fog patches developing.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, will be a dry, fine day with sunny spells, and temperatures a mild 17 or 18 degrees across the midlands. Tuesday night is to be dry and cool.

On Wednesday there will be highs 17-20 C, but with a slight risk of showers and isolated thunderstorms. There will be a moderate east to southeast breeze of 30-50 km/hr.

Thursday will be warm and humid with showers and thunderstorms developing, some may become heavy inland, with lows of about 8-10 C and highs 18-21 Celsius.

The weekend is expected to remain rather warm, highs of 17 - 20 degrees Celsius. Night time temperatures around 9 or 10 degrees.
