Status Yellow - Rainfall warning for Westmeath

Met Éireann is forecasting heavy rain for tomorrow.

It issued a Status Yellow warning this morning:

“High intensity rainfall amounts in scattered thunderstorms during Friday, leading to spot flooding. 

“As much as 50mm possible in a short time.”

The warning is valid from noon to 10pm, tomorrow Friday June 1.
