GALLERY - Mullingar reopening!

Mullingar has been open throughout the lockdown, of course, but today, Monday June 29, is a significant one as the hotels and cafes are back!

The Greville Arms Hotel (above) is one of the institutions of the town and its many customers will be delighted to see that famous door open again.

Among the staff on duty this morning are (above from left) Eileen Bradley, Kathleen Reilly, Louise Murtagh, Amy Clarke, Karen Quinn, and John Cochrane (manager).

At the Annebrook House Hotel ready to welcome guests this morning were, Sharon Hickey, floor supervisor; Rebecca Duffy, sales and marketing; David Dunne, bar manager; and Sophie McNamee, waitress.
