The Trolley Watch survey carried out daily by the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation has found that all 13 patients are in the Emergency Department.

There are three patients on trolleys at the Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore today, in the Emergency Department.

The Mullingar figure is the fourth highest again today.

The highest figure is 42, at University Hospital Limerick.

There are 15 patients on trolleys at the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, and 23 at Cork University Hospital.

At Sligo University Hospital there are 12 patients on trolleys today

The national total in today's Trolley Watch is 172; of those patients, 151 are in Emergency Departments.
