Men’s health charity Movember announces Lockdown – Shave Down – Get Down, an initiative to encourage healthy conversations surrounding mental health.

After a challenging year, from missing family, friends and a sense of normality, we now more than ever need to continue to support one other and feel comfortable when it comes to the subject of mental health.

This year, the men’s charity is teaming up with broadcaster Darren Kennedy, rugby player Harry McNulty, stylist Lawson Mpame, Men’s Circle facilitator Darragh Stewart and coach Pat Divily, to help us cut loose and make positive steps towards men speaking up should they or someone close to them be struggling.

Whatever you Grow will save a bro.
