Six people on trolleys at MRH Mullingar this morning

There are six people being treated on trolleys at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar this morning, according to the INMO's Trolley Watch survey.

All of the six patients are being treated in the hospital's Emergency Department.

Nationally, the INMO reported that there are 191 people being treated on trolleys this morning, 156 in EDs and 35 on trolleys in wards. The hospital with the highest number of patients on trolleys is University Hospital Limerick (49 patients), followed by Cork University Hospital (30). There are no patients on trolleys in the ED at Tullamore hospital.
