Seven people on trolleys at MRH Mullingar

There are seven people being treated on trolleys at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar this morning, according to the INMO's daily Trolley Watch survey.

All seven patients are being treated in the hospital's Emergency Department (ED).

Nationally, the INMO reported that there are 169 people being treated on trolleys this morning, 147 in EDs and 22 on trolleys in wards. The hospital with the highest number of patients on trolleys is Cork University Hospital (36), followed by University Hospital Limerick (27 patients). There are 10 patients being treated on trolleys at MRH Tullamore.
