29 people on trolleys at MRH Mullingar this morning

There are 29 people being treated on trolleys at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar this morning, according to the INMO's daily Trolley Watch survey.

All 29 patients are being treated in the hospital's Emergency Department (ED).

Nationally, the INMO reported that there are 198 people being treated on trolleys this morning, 171 in EDs and 27 on trolleys in wards. The hospital with the highest number of patients on trolleys is University Hospital Limerick (36), followed by MRH Mullingar (29)and Sligo University Hospital (29). There are nine patients being treated on trolleys at MRH Tullamore.
