Crookedwood artist exhibiting in online Art Fair

An artist from Crookedwood is currently exhibiting in the Luan Gallery.

Caithriona Devine works in oils, acrylics and mosaics, and has been creating and exhibiting her art for over 16 years now.

“The great outdoors is food for the soul, and through my art, I bring the outside in,” states Caithriona.

“There is nowhere more fabulous than our country for inspiration, and it’s where I find most of my inspiration.

“My goal as an artist is to create exquisite art that reminds people of the magnificence of nature,” she says.

Caithriona’s works form part of Luan Gallery’s Art Fair, comprising 250 pieces from 96 Midland artists.

And while the gallery is now closed due to Level 5 lockdown restrictions, you can still view the Art Fair online until January 24.

Simply go to http://www.athloneartsandtourism.ie/artfair

Every artist’s page has a form displayed at the bottom for you to express interest. All you have to do if you see something you like is to fill it in, and a member of staff will be in touch when the Luan reopens to the public.

So far, Caithriona has already sold one of her works.
