Council aims to tackle dog fouling with 'any bag any bin'

Dog fouling is even more of a problem for people in wheelchairs, people with visual impairments, and families with young children.

Westmeath County Council are asking dog owners to please think about the community and clean up after your dog.

Any bag, any bin will do.
