Mullingar Tidy Towns helping St Colman’s NS

Mullingar Tidy Towns volunteers helped to plant new native hedges at St Colman’s National School last week.

School representatives had contacted Bill Collentine, chairperson of the Tidy Town committee, seeking his support, which was forthcoming, and the project was funded by both Mullingar Tidy Towns and St Colman’s National School.

Working together, they planted nearly 700 native hedge plants along the new development for the school.
