The Mullingar Arts Centre Stage Schools are available for juniors and seniors from this week.

Mullingar Arts Centre – ‘we’re delighted to be open again!’

The team at Mullingar Arts Centre “are absolutely delighted to be opening our doors once again!”.

Children and young people will be attending Stage School and Summer Camps this June and July, and although all associated with the arts centre have had a productive time on Zoom classes, enabling more than 120 children and young people to continue to access dance, drama and singing, they are looking forward to coming back together face to face.

Primary and Post-primary aged children are invited to attend Stage School classes in June, and then have a number of camps to choose from over the July period.

“We are giving participants the opportunity to focus on one area of the arts from July 12 to 16, or to do all three (dance, drama, singing) from July 19 to 23.

“Our Kinder Camp is suitable for three-six-year-olds, on July 26-30. Children will have fun pretending, role-playing, using their imagination, singing, and dancing.

“All regulations and precautions are in place here in the centre.

“We are thrilled that we are able to provide children and young people a creative outlet while continuing to promote and support the arts in Westmeath.”
