Lucy Langley from Mullingar, a nurse at Temple Street Hospital, was on her way home from a night shift when she spotted that Keilidh was in Mullingar. As the first fan on the scene, she was the delighted winner of one of Keilidh’s the new Colour Trip collection sets.

Ask any Gen Z girl who her favourite influencers are, and chances are Keilidh Cashell – aka KeilidhMUA – will feature on the list.

But Keilidh is not merely an influencer: as the ‘MUA’ in her social media title reveals, she is a make-up artist, and her following is immense thanks to her extraordinary artistic skills.

Not just that, but the young Monaghan native now has her own cosmetics line KASH Beauty as well and there was great excitement on Friday morning, as she did a promotional visit to Mullingar with her ‘Colour Trip Truck’ in tow, a 10-metre-long, 40-tonne lorry with a mounted LED Video Mobile Screen, to celebrate the launch of her latest collection.

The first fan to arrive at the scene was a front-line worker – Temple Street Children’s Hospital nurse Lucy Langley – who was on her way home after completing a night shift and who was thrilled to find Keilidh was in Mullingar. As first fan to arrive, Lucy was personally presented by a Colour Trip Collection set by Keilidh.

Designed by Keilidh herself, as is with all of KASH Beauty’s launches, the inspiration behind this explosion of colour stemmed from her pure love and adoration for makeup artistry and the freedom it allows.

Says Keilidh: “Makeup is a form of art, and I wanted this collection to represent that. That feeling of being inspired and creating something exciting is a high in itself, hence the name Colour Trip.

“My aim with this collection was to create a palette with everything every artist could ever need to create any look imaginable.

“The collection features a combination of shadows and liners for maximum creativity, paired with the perfect tools for completing detailed artwork.”
