WATCH: The Jolly Hollies - spreading Christmas cheer!
The Jolly Hollies are a group of school friends, and the daughter of one of them, who spend time before Christmas bringing cheer to Mullingar.
They are, Eleanor MacDonagh, founding member, Petrina Mills, a music teacher, Johanna Daly, an occupational therapist, and her daughter, Ella, who works in digital marketing, and Ursula Keenan, who runs Mullingar Montessori and The Den.
The Jolly Hollies started spreading Christmas cheer six years ago.
Today, as well as touring the town centre, stopping off at various shops, they sang at the nursing home in Multyfarnham, at Red Earth, and at the HSE Covid testing centre on the St Loman's Hospital campus, "for the healthcare workers".
