Writech sleeve sponsorship confirmed by Westmeath GAA

At the January meeting of Westmeath GAA's county committee on Wednesday night of last week, chairman Frank Mescall officially announced Writech as sleeve sponsor for the county teams.

The Mullingar company’s logo will appear on the sleeve of the new Westmeath jersey, which was showcased by the senior footballers in their Allianz Football League win over Wicklow last Sunday. The main sponsor for the jersey is Renault, who have swapped their traditional yellow logo for a new design.

Tom Hunt, Central Council delegate, said that the new sponsorship had been approved by Croke Park.

Mr Mescall thanked Writech for their “significant sponsorship”.

“We are indebted to them,” he said. “Writech are a very successful company based in Mullingar, but with connections to Milltownpass.

"We look forward to a long partnership with them into the future.”
