Accident at Ballinafid; road closed

There has been a collision on the N4 at Ballinafid this morning, and we understand that the road is closed.

On the Transport Infrastructure Ireland website, a note states that there is a ‘full road closure’ at - ‘M4/N4 JN 17 CULLEEN BEG (West), Lanes affected: Full Road Closure, Start time: 04-Feb 10:20.
