Quads stolen from Delvin property

Gardaí have urged the public to ensure that their outbuildings are properly secured following a burglary in the Devlin area last week in which two children's quad bikes were taken from a shed.

The quads were taken from a shed at a house in the Bracklyn area last Wednesday afternoon, April 6.

A Garda spokesperson told the Westmeath Examiner that while people may be vigilant when about securing their homes, they may not be quite as careful when it comes to their outbuildings.

Anyone who may noticed anything suspicious in the Bracklyn area last Wednesday or may have information relating to the quad bikes are asked to contact Mullingar garda station.
