‘Hello, How Are You’ coffee morning

Thursday morning April 7 was a resounding success as many BMB Active members and friends came together in Multyfarnham Community Centre, and as well as raising €1,780 for local charities and Ukrainian support services, in keeping with the theme of Mullingar Mental Health Association simple message, of saying Hello to one another, the event also raised awareness of maintaining good mental health.

We can all take our time and remember the importance of checking in with one another, saying Hello and taking the time to listen to each other.
