Details of Tailteann Cup semi-finals have been confirmed

Westmeath's Tailteann Cup semi-final with neighbours Offaly will be the second game of a double header at Croke Park on Sunday week, June 19.

The Offaly clash, with a place in the inaugural Tailteann Cup final at stake, will commence at 4pm and will be shown live on RTE.

It will be the first Croke Park meeting between Westmeath and Offaly since 2006, when the Faithful men came out on top in a Leinster football championship game.

The other semi-final between Tailteann Cup favourites Cavan and Sligo has been slated for a 1.45pm start on Sunday week at Croke Park. Extra-time will be played in the event of either match finishing in a draw.
