Mullingar VS reunion taking place this weekend

A special reunion for former students of Mullingar Vocational School is taking place this weekend.

If you attended the school, now called Mullingar Community College, between 1974 and 1979 you are invited to join your past classmates and teachers for a night of chatting, laughter and memories.

The organisers are asking the public to repost and share this information with those who may have been in school during this time.

The reunion will also welcome people who moved to Mullingar Vocational School from other schools, in particular Castlepollard Vocational School.

Caroline Quinn Egan, organiser of the event said, "The reunion has been in the works for two years now. It was cancelled before because of Covid."

It will go ahead this Saturday June 25 at Clarke’s Bar from 7pm and there will be spot prizes on the night donated by local businesses around Mullingar.
