Rochfortbridge Community Games held a successful sports event in St Mary’s GAA Club grounds on Sunday June 19. The sun came out for the afternoon and there was plenty of fun to be had for all the children, with races, tug-o-war, tin can alley, egg and spoon, bean bag throw, sack races and the ever popular, Tuk-Shop.
Well done to all participants and congratulations and best of luck to the boys and girls who qualified to represent Rochfortbridge at the County Finals in Mullingar Harriers on Sunday June 26.
A big thank-you to everyone involved in making the day a great success and many thanks to St Mary’s GAA Club for the use of their facilities.
