Rochfortbridge farm makes €300,000
A 19-acre farm at Rochfortbridge achieved a price of €300,000 at auction this week.
Yesterday, Thursday June 30, Murtagh Bros Auctioneers had an online auction for what auctioneer Dillon Murtagh described as “a very attractive c.19 acre property, laid out in neat tidy divisions”.
He reported a lot of interest in the farm and “a very competitive auction that featured a number of committed bidders”.
The farm went on the market at €185,000, and the hammer fell after achieving a sale figure of €300,000.
