Streete Wildlife Club annual clay shoot for local charity

The proceeds from this year’s Streete Wildlife Club annual charity clay shoot for the Luke Kiernan Perpetual Cup will go to Cian’s Kennels.

The event is on Sunday July 17 from 9am.

Cian’s Kennels was set up in March 2020 by Enda and Evelyn Neary and their families in memory of their beloved 15-year-old son Cian, who sadly passed away on September 23, 2019.

Cian’s Kennels is a fully resourced boarding kennels at the children’s hospital, Crumlin, where it provides services including transport from home anywhere in Ireland to and from the kennels; transport for pets to and from the hospital; and full veterinary checks including vaccinations.

Seamus Denning Streete Wildlife Club said members are delighted to be able to help this great charity. "We are looking forward to seeing a big turnout at the shoot and we thank the following who are sponsoring it – MG Grahan, Monaghan, Lakelands Shooting Centre, Mullingar, Delaney Commercials, Naas, Pat Denning Garden Services, Lismacaffrey, and Campbell Electrical, Lismacaffrey."

The shoot will start with first squad away at 9am and last squad at 1pm and to take part, competitors have to book before the day; for that and other enquiries phone or text 086 2582370.
