Frank presents first solo exhibition, at the Atrium

Frank Seery, a recent graduate of art and design at Moate Business College, presents ‘Collected Works’, his first solo exhibition at the Atrium in Áras an Chontae, Mullingar.

Athlone based Frank is an artist open to being inspired by anything - nature in his daily walks, machine imagery sourced online, anime and the wonders of space exploration.

He is a multimedia artist, using whichever materials he feels will suit the subject he wants to convey at that time.

He stretches his knowledge of materials by testing and experimentation, depicting the natural world in both acrylics and woodcut printing, or fine pen drawings and perler beads to depict the machine world that man creates.

His anime and space inspired works are delicately rendered, choosing the medium of acrylic on canvas.

‘Collected Works’ is on display from July 18 to July 29.
