Lough Owel plays host to a fun filled Saturday morning

The Salty Sea Sisters are bringing their wild adventurous energy to Lough Owel this weekend and are inviting everyone to come along.

Northern Ireland duo, Eimear Josie Tangney and Aine McAuley of Salty Sea Sisters aim to promote and connect like-minded people through their impressive outdoor events across the UK and Ireland.

The midlands meet up is next on their list and so are travelling to Lough Owel tomorrow Saturday August 20 for a morning of fun.

The pair are encouraging people to take part and meet at Lough Owel diving board for 11am.

This event is free but donations to the local women’s shelter are welcomed and greatly appreciated.

The women have yoga and live performances planned followed by a dip in the lake.
